Supporting Israel

Israel Action

Formed in the wake of the 2002 terrorist bombings, the Israel Action Committee focuses on projects and initiatives that involve the entire SJCC congregation in the support of Israel.

Programs are designed to enhance congregant knowledge about events in Israel, boost the Israeli economy, and improve morale among its citizens. Previously, the Israel Action Committee raised funds to buy bulletproof vests for an entire platoon of Israeli Soldiers, among other projects. For more information, contact Ben Dounel or Eve Kaplan.
